(Clearance Item) Eastern Suburbs Sud Polo Black

Hi all,
I just ordered a polo shirt for my daughter to wear. When this was received it was too small. I contacted the company and spoke with Tracey (who was really helpful). She asked for photo's which I supplied (attached below). They clearly show the show is the not the correct size (3xs) meant to be 42cm is not the size supplied.

The next day Tracey contacted me and that the shirt needs to be stretched to be made the right size. She stated this in on the sizing chart page. But I pointed out that it was not stated on the page where I was ordering the shirt. I asked if I was expected to navigate the website to find this information. Also if it was stated on the page above I would have order a different size.

They did offer to remake the shirt in a different size, but I was expected to page for the express postage (an extra cost) even those this was not my mistake.

Be careful when ordering as the customer service is not going to admit to the error and you will need to pay for the replacement. Poor customer service.
