Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom orders and customised garments can not be refunded.
Any item with an additional non-manufacturer logos added is considered to be a custom / customised garment. This includes Club Merchandise and numbered jerseys.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error made our company or employees is not refundable.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hallmarksports@hallmarksports.au and we will instruct you on how to move forward.

Visual Imperfections (when applicable)
The nature of production and storing processes may cause there to be small visual imperfections with some items including staining from fabric dyes (especially on white garments), embroidery stitching, loose threads and similar. This includes manufacturer logo placements that may vary slightly from product pictures (location / colour / size). These are NOT considered to be defects and they are outside of our control. These will not effect functionality and are merely aesthetic.

Manufacturing Imperfections (when applicable)
Apparel manufacturing has a margin of error where sizing may be up to a few centimeters different than the size charts state. This can be due to various different factors in the process of production. If you are unsure of sizing, aim to size up where applicable.

Defective Goods (when applicable)
A product is deemed to be defective if it will not properly function for the purchased purpose prior to use. Any misuse or mistreatment causing technical failure is not valid cause for refund / exchange.

Product Care
Please ensure that the products are kept in places away from solvent chemicals and out of direct sunlight when not in use. Wash customised garments inside out in a gentle, cold rinse cycle to maintain quality of any transfers.

Merchant Transaction Fees (when applicable)
We reserve the right to deduct transactional fees from any refund as they are non-refundable once the payment has been processed by Shopify Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Afterpay. This includes change of mind returns.

Shipping
Once your refund or return is approved, you will need to mail your product to: Hallmark Sports, 5/13-14 Hallstrom Place, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
